Coordinating this back-to-school family event involves:

• Promoting the event through flyers, web postings or newsletter blurbs -- or working with the Communications Chair to do so.
• Making or buying lemonade and cookies (using PTA funds).
• Setting up tables and membership information.

Time commitment: About 5 hours in August.
