Volunteer Coordination
Volunteer Coordinator is a PTA board position and involves:

  • Maintaining the list of volunteers.
  • Creating the list of volunteer opportunities, in coordination with principal.
  • Receiving new Volunteer Signup Forms from the web site and contacting them.
  • Ensuring that volunteers are called for opportunities.

Time commitement:

Initially takes about 15 hours to create and update the volunteer database; then about an hour a month ongoing.
