Hi Students, this is a picture of me, Miss Asmus, with my loyal friend Montana. Beautifal Autumn Day. October 2008
Welcome back to Highland!!  I hope you had a wonderful summer.  I had a great time at the Lake and hiking with my dog Montana.  I'm looking forward to another fun-filled, productive and busy school year!  This year I'll be at Highland on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Thanks for checking out my webpage.  The internet can be a great tool or a scary place. To help kids be safe when using the internet here are some rules for online safety .

2. Kids will tell parents right away if they come across information that makes them feel unsafe.
3. Kids will never agree to meet someone without telling parents.
4. Kids will never send a person their picture or anything else without first checking with their parents.
5. Kids will not respond to messages that are mean or make them feel unsafe.
6. Kids will not give out their internet password to anyone, (even best friends) other than their parents.
7. Kids will agree to be a good online citizen and not do anything that hurts other people or is against the law.
