| English Language Learner (ELL) Department Welcomes You! |  | Mr. Bogenschultz and Kerry Lewis are on staff to provide HIghland Elementary with ELL (English Language Learner) services. Our team collaborates with classroom teachers during Readers Workshop to provide whole class reading instruction/lessons and to help facilitate small guided reading groups. Shane Jones is our Hmong EA. She provides small group help in English and Hmong for math and reading.
